    CruiseLineFans is a community for cruise line vacationers, with over 10K members, and close to 1M posts a very active community. The site currently has about 50K unique visitors a month, turning 300K pageviews.

    Although the $110K bin seems a little extreme (the site is currently generating about $2K/month in revenue), the potential for growth makes this deserving of a little attention, especially if you can pick it up on the cheap.
